The hotel itself is a mini-archive, and there are lots of nice touches from the breakfast hanging outside your door every morning to the record player in the room. Room keys are recycled as luggage tags and there was a complimentary drink on arrival. Couldn't have felt more welcomed and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

Hotel Gault's staff were great, helpful, and courteous (especially Brian and Noks). We came earlier than the usual check-in time, so my husband and I roamed the area, which is very close to Old Montreal attractions. The hotel has a luggage storage area, so we are not worried about our luggage while waiting for our room to be ready. When we came back, we were told that our room had been upgraded to a nicer one, which made our stay in this hotel much special. Pillows are so huggable. We had a very nice and relaxing sleep. Breakfast was really good. We had our breakfast delivered to the room as we wanted to relax and watch TV while having our meal. Cleanliness: The room is really clean, the towels are new, and the toiletries are good, but they need to pay more attention to maintaining and deep cleaning the toilet bowl and bathroom, as they are very close to getting a bad review.

Ideally situated in the Old Montreal district of Montréal, David Hotel is located 500 metres from Notre Dame Basilica Montreal, 400 metres from Montreal Convention Centre and less than 1 km from... The room was really spacious, with kitchenette and all the necessary appliances and kitchenware. The bed was very comfortable. The room has 2 tv's, washer and dryer. The shower is great too. The place was very clean and welcoming.

The staff is wonderful and makes you feel at home. A perfect stay for our Anniversary trip.

Located just 4 minutes’ walk from the Notre Dame Basilica, this Old Montreal hotel features an on-site restaurant and private terrace or balcony in certain rooms. We thoroughly enjoyed the Bonaparte hotel. It is a small hotel with a very accommodating staff. The rooms are charming even equipped with a hidden ironing board…very cute. The morning breakfast, which is creatively delivered to your door, is good and filling. We also enjoyed a very good meal at its excellent restaurant. The hotel is well situated and quite close to many restaurants and the starting point for many of the walking tours. This is also the perfect hotel if you come to Montreal prior to a cruise. It is an easy five minute walk down hill to the cruise port.
