The hotel itself is a mini-archive, and there are lots of nice touches from the breakfast hanging outside your door every morning to the record player in the room. Room keys are recycled as luggage tags and there was a complimentary drink on arrival. Couldn't have felt more welcomed and can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

We received a free room upgrade and it was fantastic. The staff are really friendly and welcoming. The hotel is spotless with really nice interiors.

Set in the heart of Old Montreal, within walking distance to a variety of attractions and Place d'Armes metro, this hotel offers free WiFi, relaxing spa services and gourmet dining options. Everything about the hotel is just right. All the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. We got an upgrade for our 2 night stay which was appreciated. Big comfortable rooms and beds.

The location of the hotel is excellent. It is very close to the Metro station, downtown and old Montreal. The room is tidy and clean. The staff provided excellent services to the guests. Thibout's thoughtful nature was evident in so many ways during our stay. His attention to detail, generous spirit, and ability to anticipate our needs was impeccable. Located in Montréal, 1.1 km from Clock Tower Beach, Hyatt Centric Montreal provides accommodation with an outdoor swimming pool, private parking, a fitness centre and a restaurant. The hotel is perfectly located next to the main attractions and very close to the old port, we didn't need to use transportation during our stay. It's a 3 stars hotel but it defintely seems like a 4 stars, everything was just amazing! The staff was very nice with us and our baby and satisifed all our requests (extra bed, high chair..), the room was very nice and comfortable and we loved breakfast and dinner! Bes stay in our road trip in Canada :)

Located just 4 minutes’ walk from the Notre Dame Basilica, this Old Montreal hotel features an on-site restaurant and private terrace or balcony in certain rooms. I loved the French ambience and the welcome Champagne. I would love to visit for a longer time.
