Ina gives great shopping recommendations for skin care products, and Ivan was wonderful when I realized I left something behind in my hotel room. He swiftly took care of the issue, found my belongings, and stored them until I could return to pick them up. This hotel is amazing, and I would 100% stay there again. It's the best hotel I have stayed in in Sofia, and I have been to Sofia multiple times.
