Located in the heart of Sofia, Art 'Otel is near Vitosha Street, the main shopping area in town, and the Palace of Culture, the property offers private parking for an extra charge. The property is very nice. It's a smaller hotel with vintage decor, but it has the kindest and most caring staff I have ever met in my life. The location is basically in the heart of Sofia, 100 meters from the main Vitosha Street. The hotel even had happy hours from 18:00 to 20:00, where all guests could hang out on the terrace and have free drinks. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel and I do recommend it to everybody, whether they stay for business or leisure.
