Neighborhood was quiet. Lots of coffees provided. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, lots of clean plates, glasses and utensils. Has it's own parking spot in the front. But unfortunately a large truck parked overnight in half our spot, so had to go around 4 times looking for street parking. And since it was a Friday night, all the street parking were taken. Finally decided to ask the neighbor if we could park half our car on her driveway, which she let us with no problem. Thank you neighbor! Owners were very quick to respond to our emails.
