The toilet and shower & sink are separated, which I thought was neat. I loved how quiet and safe the area felt, I feel safe walking alone at night. It’s less than 5 mins walk to Gravensteen castle, but away from all the city center noises.

Very nice and clean apartments, decorated in good taste, located in a pretty quiet area, within walking distance of the historical centre. Wifi is very good and there is Netflix too. The host provided all the relevant information in advance, and self check in was super easy. Toiletries from Rituals and Nespresso machine are nice touches. It's clear that the host wants guests to feel comfortable and have everything they need.

The location was quiet and had local charm. Notable was the quality of fittings and style. It’s different and we enjoyed it. The communal area was a spacious bonus for us as two couples.

Boasting a garden and views of inner courtyard, Holiday Home La Petite Maison is a recently renovated apartment situated in Ghent, 5.5 km from Sint-Pietersstation Gent. Great location: minutes from the train station. and from the city center but just down a quiet street. The apartment is small and cozy, highly functional.

B&B De Waterzooi offers 3 suites with free Wi-Fi in a house dating from 1713 in the centre of Ghent. This design hotel is situated at the foot of Gravensteen castle and features city views. Christian and Kay have made a little slice of magic in Ghent with their B&B. From the "reception" in the common room of their apartment in the building, their warmth and welcoming words, the sedate elevator that took us to the 3rd floor, the smell of old wood, fresh river air and books, it immediately relaxed us after a long drive from the Hague. The 3rd floor apartment we took was something else as well - the view at the castle in front, the balcony that looks over the river and the church steeples in the back, chairs, sofas and beds you can immediately fall asleep in, all impecably clean... Kay told us that it is rare we can get a single night available on such short notice, but I am glad we did. Would recommend it to everyone, no matter how many times you visited Ghent!

Situated in Ghent in the East-Flanders region, Large Quiet Whole House near Historic Gent Centre features accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Location. Comfy beds. Neighborhood was quiet. Lots of coffees provided. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, lots of clean plates, glasses and utensils. Has it's own parking spot in the front. But unfortunately a large truck parked overnight in half our spot, so had to go around 4 times looking for street parking. And since it was a Friday night, all the street parking were taken. Finally decided to ask the neighbor if we could park half our car on her driveway, which she let us with no problem. Thank you neighbor! Owners were very quick to respond to our emails.
