The location is so central to most of the tourist attractions. The room was so clean but the thing that makes this such a good place are the staff.

Amazing location, wonderful room, extremely nice staff, and a very good and abundant breakfast. I would absolutely recommend it and come again. It's very rare to find a hotel room these days that has both good sound isolation and good beds, and this one surprisingly had both.

The non-smoking Leonardo Vienna Westbahnhof is just 100 metres from the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street and 400 metres from the Westbahnhof transportation hub. The location and the staff. There is one guy working at the reception he is from Italy was very helpful and provided all the information about Vienna.

Only a 3-minute walk from Vienna's biggest shopping street Mariahilfer Straße, the elaya hotel vienna city west offers you stylish, air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. Location is good. Quiet and only less than 30 walk to the old town center for sight seeing. The staff are excellent. Our flight delayed by over three hours so we arrived at 2:00 am instead of 11:00 pm scheduled time. The hotel had arranged a staff to wait for us. The shuttle bus from the airport to hotel was very convenient and helpful too.

The Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien is located directly opposite the Raimund Theatre and just 450 metres from the Westbahnhof Train Station and the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street. We had the possibility to store our luggages until our room was ready. This way we were able to start exploring the city sooner. The staff at the reception was very receptive to our questions and needs. They booked us a taxi to the airport very early in the morning. The taxi was on time, even a few mins early. We picked up 2 more persons from another location on the way to the airport. The extra stop was 5€ on top of the ride's price. The location of the hotel is perfect. You have metro U6 nearby, supermarket a few blocks away, around 20 mins walk to get to Stephanplatz.

Only a few steps away from an underground station, this cosy, family-run hotel is located directly on Mariahilfer Straße, Vienna’s biggest shopping street. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown

The Hotel Secession an der Oper is situated in the historical center of Vienna, in the Mariahilf district. Vienna's main tourist attractions (such as the Vienna State Opera House, St. Centrally located, spacious room! We loved our stay at this quiet hotel in the middle of the city!
