The room was even bigger than it seemed on the photos. It was perfectly clean, comfortable and equipped. The staff was very kind and helpful.

Nice hotel really close to the metro station and Schoenbrunn Palace. Comfortable and cozy room with quite large bathroom and toiletries at disposition. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with various options, both sweet and savory.

The quietly located Hotel Orangerie is just 100 metres from the Längenfeldgasse and Meidling Hauptstraße Underground Stations. Free high-speed WiFi in all areas. Room was very clean and everyday the staff was changing towels. The toilet is very big, and there is a floor heating system in the bathroom. Also, you can regulate temperature in the room. Breakfast is excellent, there is a lot of options. It’s a bit outside the center, but close to the Schönbrunn. Metro lines U2 and U6 are near the hotel and they both go to center.

Re-opened in April 2015 after a complete renovation, Seminarhotel Springer Schlößl enjoys a quiet location in a scenic, protected park a 12-minute walk from Schönbrunn Palace. Quiet and secluded property right next to the Schönbrunn. Location (less than 10 minutes walk from the Metro station) is great, since you’re a 10 minute metro ride away from the Karlsplatz. Room was clean and well equipped. Bathroom had everything one needs (Shampoo, soap, hairdryer, even body lotion). Staff was pleasant. Free parking on the hotel’s parking lot. And since Vienna is great with public transport connections - I didn’t once start my car. :) Breakfast was nice with decent variety in it.

The garden hotel Altmannsdorf is located in a very quiet part of the district Meidling and impresses with its view of a unique garden. Awesome staff that were very kind and accommodating - after a very rough two flights they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was amazing and the breakfast room has a great view of the garden. The hotel is pleasantly situated.

Situated in different locations in Vienna's 12th district around the Meidlinger Market, 1.4 km from Raimund Theatre, Graetzlhotel Meidlinger Markt features air-conditioned suites with free WiFi. Although a little way out of the centre of Vienna, the location was right next to the metro (2.5 Euro to the centre of Vienna, 10 minutes) and 10 minutes walk away from the train station (25 minute direct link from airport at 5 Euro each way) There were great restaurants and a food market across the street with a large supermarket, 2 minutes walk away The apartment was very well appointed and comfortable Don't be put off by the outside appearance, it's an old confectionery shop. Highly recommend

Amazing breakfast buffet! Omelets made to order daily, huge selection of fruits, meats, cheeses, breads, cereal, yogurt, etc. They have a coffee machine for cappuchino, tea, hot chocolate and expresso. There is a fresh homemade coffee cake or danish each day besides the rolls and 3 types of bread. Many types of fresh or packaged jams, honey, raisins, etc. You will not be hungry for lunch any time soon after this breakfast. Each room has a hairdryer hardwired in the bathroom and accessible outlets for charging your phone. There is no outlet in the bathroom but I don't use a curling iron so this was no problem. There is an outlet near a full length mirror so anyone could use this. I like the European way of having the toilet in a separate room from the shower so there's no need to wait to use it. Even though the hotel is located in a city neighborhood, because the rooms and reception are located in a privatecourtyard, there is not any noticeable noise. Windows can be opened if you want fresh air. Hotel provides info on the City Pass for attractions, museums, palace, and transportation. I was visiting family so I didn't avail myself of the pass but it looks like a good deal. We stayed 5 nights in September 2022 and paid $600 which I found extremely reasonable considering you are staying in a major city. I pay more for a stay at a Holiday Inn Express in the US with only a basic breakfast.

This non-smoking 3-star hotel in the district of Meidling is located just 3-minute walk from Am Schöpfwerk Underground Station, and Vienna’s city centre can be reached in 15 minutes. The room was very clean and the transport system is very good. The staff at the hotel is helpful and welcoming
