Location was good with trams, buses, and underground within a few minutes walk. Location was very near to pedestrian street with many shops and eateries. ok Ride into center was an easy 15 ride with UG. Breakfast was very good.

The Mercure Hotel Raphael Wien is located directly opposite the Raimund Theatre and just 450 metres from the Westbahnhof Train Station and the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street. It was our first time to Vienna and this hotel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel location was very conveniently located right down the road from the train station as well as down the road from the shopping street MariahilfStasse.. the Metro station is very convenient as well that leads to the main shopping district Stephenplatz. The rooms were relatively spacious and really clean/comfortable. The hotel staff were really friendly, special shoutout to Mark who was really nice and friendly. Upon check in he gave us some tips and recommendations on places to go and how to get about Vienna. He always went out of his way to recommend places for us to visit on our day trip to Budapest. Which was also very beautiful! Overall experience at this hotel was great and definitely highly recommended! Thank you Mark and Mercure hotel!
