Truly wonderful experience - the staff, the location, the aesthetics and little touches in the room. Would love to come back. We arrived on morning flights (probably looking dreadful) and they took care of our luggage and upgraded our room. Their little cafe (Elias Coffee) next time also offers quality coffee. One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Austria.

Dette familiedrevne hotel ligger meget centralt i en stille gade i Wiens hjerte, blot 10 minutters gang fra Stephansdom. A fantastic hotel! -The location is great, right next to lots of sights, not more than 20min walk. -The room was very clean and comfortable. -The staff were super nice and helpful when needed. -The breakfast was great, with lots of different foods and all with great quality. Overall I would definitely go back there if traveling to Vienna. Also they have all sorts of gifts for the kids, which is very thoughtful.

Det traditionelle Hotel Sacher ligger i hjertet af Wien, overfor Statsoperaen og lige ved siden af Kärntner Straße. The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

Set in a charming building from 1912, Hotel Astoria Wien is located in the centre of Vienna, right on the famous Kärtnerstraße shopping street. Free WiFi is available. Great stay! Delicious breakfast, super comfortable bed, perfect location, and friendly, helpful staff. Highly recommend!

The luxurious, renowned 5-star Hotel Imperial is set directly on the Ringstraße boulevard in the heart of Vienna and takes you back to the times of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. Luxurious, well-maintained hotel, excellent location, friendly staff always ready to assist with all your needs. I felt myself like at home by the relatives - cosy and warm, which is usually not the case at 5star hotels.
