The location is very attractive and quiet and a short walk to Tram D (direct access city centre) and beautiful vineyards. The apartment is immaculate, very comfortable with a lovely balcony. Very helpful and friendly host.

Stilvolles zentrales Apartment im schönsten Bezirk Wiens ligger i Wien, kun 3,8 km fra Wiens Rådhus. The apartment is super clean and fancy, it's even bigger than it looks in the pictures. It has free Wifi and a FREE parking space included (which was a really big thing for us). The owner is super super nice, she really made us feel at home and even gave us a bottle of wine as gift for my mothers birthday, which made our stay even better. There are shops, pizza places and cafe bars near the apartment (not even 50m away), bus and tram stations also, so travelling isn't a problem. Apartment is in a peaceful neighbourhood so street noise isn't a problem and it's perfect for resting. Communication with the owner was really easy, she helped us out a lot with our stay so if you're looking for a nice stay in Vienna this is our warm recommendation.

Location is fantastic, free parking is great and just in front there is a tram station and subway is 10 min walk. Apartment is great, spacious in building from the monarchy when they knew how to make buildings.

The villa very tidy with comfortable beds and plenty of space. It has a large garden for kids to play in and the downstairs relaxation area with pool is excellent. Excellent location with great Heurigen just up the road (Bio-Weinbau Obermann is worth a visit), near by supermarkets and easy tram access to downtown. Highly recommended.

The nicest apartment I've stayed in Vienna in the last 20 years (I go twice a year). For being well outside the city, it is very convenient. Walk 3 minutes down to the local cafes (excellent) and the bus stop - the bus is 5 mins from the U4 station which is 13 minutes direct to Karlsplatz in the center -- also the same direct line to the Schoenbrunn stop. The apartment itself had everything we could possibly need - a parking spot out front, coffee for the whole trip, a lovely bottle of local wine, local juice etc. All appliances (more than we needed) in an ultra modern kitchen -- when was the last time you stayed in an apt with Miele appliances? Christian, the owner, is a lovely man: not old, but old-school Viennese. Grinzing (the area it is in) is beautiful and the local produce/wine is famous for its quality. The pictures in listing are really not adequate -- it is far nicer, and far larger than it appears. A wonderful stay in my favorite city.
