The building and apartment are beautiful and very well kept. Perfect location if you're looking for a more quiet stay in Vienna near vineyards, with a bus stop right outside that heads into the city. The apartment has air conditioning which was really appreciated during our summer trip with 30+ degrees.

Conveniently located in the 19. Döbling district of Vienna, Smile Apartments Döbling is set 4.2 km from Vienna City Hall, 4.3 km from Vienna Volksgarten and 4.5 km from Parliament of Austria. In over 40 years of travelling I have never stayed at such exceedingly clean place as this apartment. An absolutely spotless place, with large rooms and all the necessary equipment for a longer stay. It was very hot in Vienna during the first few days of my stay and the large rooms of a traditional Viennese building ("Altbau") provided pleasant escape from the heat, especially the bedroom on the north side. I purposefully selected this suburban location as I wanted to be close to the popular walking areas of Grinzing and Neustift am Walde, but it was still only 15 min tram ride to the Ringstrasse (line 38). It is definitely a superior place and I would rank it 10+.

Very kind and accommodating host. I was met by her to receive the keys, she was flexible with the time arrangement and ready to provide information about the neighbourhood. The flat is comfortable and spacious. Great surrounding, nice walks. Definitely recommended.
