Located 1.9 mi from the center of Innsbruck, this elegant villa with a combination of classical and modern style offers scenic views of the surrounding mountains and the city. A wonderful and charming chalet nicely located near the cable car station. It was a very comfortable and spacious place. We had a marvellous stay and thoroughly recommend this place to stay.

A 15-minute walk from Innsbruck’s old town, the Heimgartl is located right by the Inn River. The Nordkettenbahn cable car can be reached in a 5-minute walk. Free Wi-Fi and free parking are provided. The staff is really really nice and the room provide you with the boiler and tea and coffee.

The great location, exceptional view from the terrace in any weather (sunny morning or rainy day). You actually can observe both Patscherkofel and Hafelekarspitze from the same terrace. Even without a car you can reach the location easily by bus J from Marktplaz or Hauptbahnhof. Apartments are clean and comfortable, a big living room with a lot of light. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 6 people. The host is very responsive and answered all our questions online in a timely manner. It was a bit cold the first night, but then the thermostat turned on (I believe automatically) and it was comfortable the rest of the time.
