The great location, exceptional view from the terrace in any weather (sunny morning or rainy day). You actually can observe both Patscherkofel and Hafelekarspitze from the same terrace. Even without a car you can reach the location easily by bus J from Marktplaz or Hauptbahnhof. Apartments are clean and comfortable, a big living room with a lot of light. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 6 people. The host is very responsive and answered all our questions online in a timely manner. It was a bit cold the first night, but then the thermostat turned on (I believe automatically) and it was comfortable the rest of the time. Designed internally and externally. Very bright and cozy. All facilities are fine. Everything is clean. The landlady is kind and explains. We had a very pleasant stay in this house. Highly recommended
