They knew we lose our luggage during the flight, they care for us and with sweet message! love their kindness and give us warm feeling.

Rooms are comfortable. Hotel near to Al Jaddaf metro station, only 5-6 min walking distance. Good houseekeeping service. Bellman Shahul helped us with the luggages. Overall good experience.

The new 4- star DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf hotel, perfectly situated between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Downtown Dubai. I would like to recommend this hotel. The food is good, the rooms are clean and always well organized and the hotel staff is always happy to help and give everything you ask for. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options!
