The location is excellent as it is near the Al Jadaf metro station and by the creek, which provides wonderful sunset and sunrise views from the upper floor lounge. The pool is heated (at the same upper floor). The café area at ground floor is cool, cozy, the songs played are so vibrant. Decoration is modern, rooms are comfortable. And the staff, my G'd, they are simply the best I've ever seen in a hotel. They are polite, nice, smiley, caring and make us feel like if we were living in there, make us feel home! Attention to Abdul Jabbar, a very nice person and excellent worker. I wish I could see more hotel staff like them. Congratulations Ink Hotel Dubai team! You rock!!!!

Great hotel and great staff. Arrived earlier than planned and hotel made arrangements for early check in, I.e. within their allowed time frames. Staff very friendly from reception staff to porters to restaurant staff as well as cleaning staff, service and asssitance was excellent and helpful. Thanks to Fatah for all assistance with baggage and excellent customer experience with his assistance in getting to know area and where and how to get around. Staff at pool area also excellent. Was there in evening. Excellent service. Overall great hotel with great staff throughout which made experience more than memorable. Another huge plus was mosque loterally outside the hotel. Definitely recommend

The new 4- star DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf hotel, perfectly situated between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Downtown Dubai. Room - good size, nice bathroom, bed was comfortable (pillows could have been firmer). Breakfast - limited variety but food was made to order such as fried eggs and omelettes also hot drinks were good. Location - conveniently close to metro station and airport. Also supermarket (across the street) and cheeky Costa next door (inside Premier Inn)
