Set on the Dubai Creek, this non-smoking hotel offers luxurious accommodation with unmatched views of Dubai’s skyline. It features an outdoor pool and direct access to the Festival City Mall. The room exceeded our expectations, with the door having a standard lock and also an advanced one. As you enter the room, you are met with a large cabinet which can accommodate shoes and provides ample storage. There is a small corner with a Nespresso machine and a kettle, a variety of capsules, tea selections, sweeteners, and sugars. The workspace was large and comfortable, with all rooms being equipped with a telephone. The living room was amazing, and the sofa bed was very comfortable. There are advanced digital switches throughout the room, and the AC was very modern and controllable. Lots of storage can be found throughout the room, with there being a breathtaking view of the Dubai Skyline and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Library. The bedroom is large and there is a TV in each room. There are two bathrooms, one being a small one, and the other accommodating a shower, bath, 2 sinks, 2 mirrors, 2 hairdryers, 1 bidet and a WC. The bathroom has a large automatic curtain which can be used for privacy. Kumaar was a very good cleaner and kept our room exceptionally clean every day when we returned. The location was decent, located just a 15 minute drive from the Dubai Center. Free parking was available, room service was cheap and efficient, reception was helpful, and concierge was amazing. The breakfast had a variety of different foods, and you are provided with 1 free drink (coffee) per person. The value for money at the property was amazing, and there are many restaurants where you can use your half board offer. WIFI was decent, and security was decent as well. You are also provided with 6 1-liter glass bottles of water daily free of charge. The swimming pool was excellent and had an amazing view.
