The overall feel is really good and give you the freshness of air when you stepped into the lobby and the room. It is a 5 star feel for sure

Directly connected to the Dubai Festival City Mall, InterContinental Dubai Festival City boasts a 25-metre outdoor pool that extends onto a balcony with panoramic views of Dubai Creek. Outstanding service which began with a warm and easy checkin. Throughout our entire stay each and every staff member was truly exceptional and genuinely happy to help. The room was excellent, comfortable, well appointed, quiet and very clean. Food quality was very good. The gym was excellent. A very good shopping mall with multiple restaurants within a two minute walk. The hotel is very close to the airport, has beautiful views of the city, and allows for easy access via road to the major attractions. Free parking is a great facility.

This luxurious hotel offers free parking and is just 2 km from Dubai International Airport. It is close to Dubai Creek and the Festival Marina. The staff are amazing, very friendly and helpful: the valet, concierge, reception and house keeping. My daughter and i were welcomed with an upgrade and late check out which made our stay great. House keeping team:Paul, Saikul and Jamal made sure our apartment is well maintained. I had the two bedroom apartment with balcony, very spacious, has two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast is very good with nice food selection. Didn’t have a chance to use the gym or the pools, but they looked pretty nice.
