Overall the stay was perfect, nice hotel good facilities and perfect staff especially Sofian and Ahmad, definitely we are coming back again

Address Dubai Mall, situated in downtown Dubai, overlooks the Dubai Fountain, Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, Address Dubai Mall features accommodation with a restaurant, free private parking, an outdoor... The property is pretty near to almost all downtown attractions. Facilities are good and clean. Taxi is easy to get and the staff are super friendly. We would like to express our gratitude to those who work at the front desk for their help, and Kevin & Rashid at the concierge for their assistance with a wonderful trip to Abu Dhabi, which is well with it. Thank you for making our holidays in Dubai so memorable!

Sve je bilo izvrsno, preljubazno osoblje, posebno Michel i Debiani, brzo čekiranje, sve u hotelu je pedantno, sobe velike, prostrane, uvek besprekorno čiste. Hrana u restoranima izvrsna! Na bazenima nema gužve, predivna atmosfera. Lokacija u samom centru, sve je blizu.

Located in the Old Town District of Downtown Dubai, the 4-star The Heritage Hotel, Autograph Collection , a 10-minute walk from Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa, combines traditional Arabesque architecture... It was an awesome experience. Very centrally situated in downtown Dubai and 10 minutes’ walk from Burj Khalifa and 7’ from the fountains. The arabesque style, smells, music and atmosphere in this hotel transferred you to the Middle East even before you went out of the door! The view from our little balcony : amazing. The skyscrapers and on the left Burj Khalifa in lights! The room was superior about 35 m, beautifully furnished with a separate shower and a separate area for a desk and tea/coffee amenities. Flawlessly clean. The staff was amazing and kind and immediately helped us with every problem we faced. The courtyard ( bar restaurant) on the ground floor was another unique arabesque experience. After a very tiring day we couldn’t help but spend a couple of hours there. I highly recommend this hotel and I can’t wait to go back to Dubai and this beautiful hotel with the amazing staff. Located in the heart of Downtown Dubai, a stone's throw away from Dubai Mall and 10 minutes from City Walk, Sofitel Dubai Downtown is an idyllic oasis that blends urban sophistication with refined... everything was perfect the only issue is that you can not smoke inside the room and the mattress was uncomfortable to be honest I would like to thank ..Mostafa from concierge… he was above and beyond he took a really good care of me from the first second I  entered the hotel until I left he was super helpful and respectful and this guy deserves a rise to be honest. thanks to everyone
