The tower was amazing very clean , brand new , the staff very generous and helpful they send us water bottles everyday, Coffee and tea . The kitchen equipments were brand new and clean. The front desk staff are excellent especially. Mr Fayez , Mr. Khalid were very helpful and kind. Of course I will stay again when I come to Dubai. It’s luxurious hotel .

I booked 9 night all access suite with burj / canal view and found it very spectacular . The suite was specious , clean and equipped very well . Highly recommended if you looking for nice view with area less crowded than downtown . Overall the hotel met my family expectations and the kids enjoyed every moment in there .

Also, a special shout-out to Shafic at the entrance for his helpful assistance. Every member of the team was professional, courteous, and clearly well-trained in providing top-tier service. A heartfelt thank you to Spencer Wadama, the General Manager, for overseeing such a fantastic hotel experience. It's clear that every effort has been made to ensure guests feel pampered and valued. I will definitely be returning to SLS Dubai and highly recommend it to anyone seeking the very best in luxury, comfort, and service. A five-star experience through and through!
