The staff were simply amazing. Prinjam, Jackie and Simar as well as Mizundar were super! Lovely place and excellent facilities.

Everything was perfect- huge room with a full view of burj khalifa and Dubai mall, very clean, Breathtaking view in the swimming pool. The staff is absolutely amazing and professional special thanks to Ali, Enrico and Afsana.Food was good. there’s a tunnel leading straight to Dubai mall. I can only say wow, highly recommend!!!

Set in a traditional palatial residence, Palace Downtown overlooks Dubai Fountain and the lake surrounding Burj Khalifa. It features an Arabian-style spa and a gym with personal trainer. The service, location, and food were delicious! We had a gorgeous suite room overlooking the fountains and Baji Khalifa. What a view! We had a wonderful check-in associate, Sonia - she was excellent, she even took care of our car service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We would definitely go back!!
