The meticulously maintained garden provided an ideal setting to enjoy a leisurely cup of tea while taking in the serene atmosphere. What truly sets Highgrove Estate apart is its exceptional staff. The team was not only courteous but seemed to anticipate our needs before we even voiced them. Their attention to detail and commitment to ensuring our comfort was truly remarkable. The food at Highgrove Estate was consistently excellent, and they were more than accommodating when it came to our dietary requirements. Mr. Fernando and his team were always available to assist, yet they managed to do so without ever being intrusive, allowing us to enjoy our privacy. If you're seeking a vacation that promises complete relaxation in a dreamlike and tranquil environment, Highgrove Estate is the perfect destination. In just four days, we were able to shed the year's worth of work-related stress. We can't wait to return to this little piece of paradise and reunite with Mr. Fernando and his wonderful team. We stayed with Meena Amma for three short days, and wished we had longer. Meena’s hospitality is note perfect, and her traditional Sri Lankan meals the best we have enjoyed in our time on the island. The setting of the two line rooms is stunning, from the beautiful sunrises to the peaceful evenings in the valley. Thank you Meena for your warmth, effort, care and culinary brilliance - we won’t forget it!

The hotel is situated a mountainous area which was one of my dream place to visit.After we arrived to king's lodge the host welcomed us nicely and gave us a free welcome drink which made us pleasant and happy. Our room and the wash room were very clean and tidy. They supplied with all the complementary. Our rooms has a very nice view towards the mountain and city .At he evening it was so cold so the host supplied us the a hot coffee. This hotel has a nice hospitality. Highly recommended place for all the locals and foreigners to visit.next definitely I will visit this place♡

Wonderful Stay - Highly Recommended! I had a fantastic stay at tailors cottage. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close to [Hatton trailway, Bus Stand], yet peaceful. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going out of their way to make my stay enjoyable. The on-site dining was delicious, especially the breakfast with its wide variety of options. Overall, a great experience—I'll definitely be returning! 🍃 Minda blowing varma
