Also the lake of Trasimeno was easily to reach. it's a beautiful located farmhouse, on the top of a hill and in the middle of the nature with a great view on the country. The accommodation itself is absolutely perfect, with great rooms and a unique breakfast- and dining-room. We enjoyed a room with a kitchen, a living room and a separate bed- and bathroom. Everything we needed was available. The farmhouse is very dog friendly, as the owner has to very sweet dogs himself. The Agriturismo is run by Andrea and his mother Rose, two extremely sweet, friendly and helpful people, always prepared to give you advise on anything you need. They have their own small restaurant, mainly for the overnight guests. The food (produced from their own land) is just fabulous. Rose is a wonderful cook and clearly prepared the diners with lots of love. We couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely come back here. We're very grateful to Andrea and Rose and wish them very well.

It was located in an area that wasn’t heavily populated and was very private. Yet it’s only minutes to the really amazing historic town of Spello. All, truly fabulous! Great made to order breakfast. Fabio the manager prepared it quickly and we’ll made with a smile on his face! We really liked him too!

I was able to park my car and trailer (with motorcycle) on the grass at the front and being a tiny hamlet, it was secure. Livio is a motorcyclist too and is able to assist bikers if necessary. The whole house is kept very clean.
