The vilage is close to the main road and the location is perfect, just an hour from rome, if you are looking for a quite peacefull place afer landing. Leonardo welcomed us with a smile and was helpfull.

The a beautiful historic property was beautifully renovated.The room was spacious with a fabulous panoramic view from the windows. it is on a vista that allows you to see Spello and the olive groves all around. there was a beautiful archway entrance to the pool of heavily blooming gorgeous dark pink roses. It was located in an area that wasn’t heavily populated and was very private. Yet it’s only minutes to the really amazing historic town of Spello. All, truly fabulous! Great made to order breakfast. Fabio the manager prepared it quickly and we’ll made with a smile on his face! We really liked him too!

Ana payed maximum attention to us (my mom didn't feel well) despite a busy schedule running the house, caring lovely pets, helping neighbours. A wounderful family to keep in your memory. The room is spotless, spacious, convenient, and nicely isolated by individual stairs. Home-made croissants were delicious, and fresh-made olive oil tasting was a bonus.

The property is absolutely beautiful and the hosts are wonderful (it is family run)! We booked last minute and within minutes of booking the host reached out to coordinate arrival time and make sure we were able to find the property. The host met us at the car (in the rain) and escorted us to reception and then to our room. He took the time to show us where everything was in the room and made sure we had everything we needed. They were very accommodating for the time we wanted to eat breakfast (which was delicious!) and catered to our children (5 & 1). Would highly recommend staying here!!!
