El castillo es patrimonio histórico y se encuentra a menos de 10' en coche de la ciudad de Carcassonne. La relación calidad-precio también es otro atractivo en nuestra opinión.

La Masia Del Taulat Chambres d ́Hôtes se encuentra en Llo, a solo 7,9 km del Museo Municipal de Llivia, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, terraza, bar y wifi gratis. Serene. Vast deep vistas over the valley and surrounding mountains. Lovely new building. The two hosts were kind, accommodating, generous, nice to talk with. The dinner and breakfast services were both wonderful. What a chef! We were so happy here.

My stay at Chateau de Collias was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a charming atmosphere that made us feel like royalty. Location: The chateau is perfectly situated in the picturesque village of Collias, surrounded by the beautifully curated gardens and territory of the chateau, including a vegetable garden, and a few chickens, pig and rabbit. The view from atop their hilltop is breathtaking. Accommodation: Our room was a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. The elegant decor, comfortable bed, and very spacious bathroom made for a very relaxing stay. We particularly appreciated the attention to detail. The chateau itself is wonderfully and personally decorated by the hosts, with wonderful mixtures of french baroque with African art (from their travels), and other things in between. Our hosts were the most lovely people, and made us feel like they were passionate about us having an incredible stay, which we did. Additionally, their Michelin-star restaurant has excellent value for money, and wonderful wine pairings with lovely food. I so strongly recommend this place with all my heart, and will return as soon as I can! Thank you!

Le petit château du Villard se encuentra en Freyssinet-Chazalet, en la región de Languedoc-Rosellón, y ofrece alojamiento con estacionamiento privado gratuito. After arriving late due to bad weather, we were welcomed and offered food. We slept well in the big room, the place is fantastic and so historic. Breakfast was delicious and perfect hospitality. El alojamiento se encuentra en Le Grau-du-Roi, a 100 metros de Rive Droite y a 450 metros de la playa de Rive Gauche. Very quiet. The residence has direct access to the beach. Balcony and sea view. Close to supermarket, not far from port. Good communication for arrival and departure and we even received an iron/ironing board on request.

El Chambre d hotes Ranch du Haut-Languedoc ofrece alojamiento con vistas al jardín, bar, jardín y terraza en La Salvetat. Todas las mañanas se sirve un desayuno buffet en la casa de campo. The ‘off grid’ feel was so comforting… old fashioned good hospitality, home cooked food and friendly family atmosphere made our stay a real pleasure.

El Château de Montcaud se encuentra en Sabran, en la región de Provenza. El alojamiento está ubicado en una antigua residencia privada de trazado de seda y está rodeado por 5 hectáreas de terreno. The staff, food, and property were beyond amazing. We will be returning to the Château as soon as possible. Room was a great size, pool was calm, and restaurant (bistro/gastro) were nothing but amazing.

L'Enquenoiulle Basse se encuentra en Verdun-en-Lauragais y ofrece vistas a la montaña, wifi gratis y estacionamiento privado gratuito. Mette has put a lot of love into restoring this farmhouse into a beautiful B&B, and it was an absolutely refreshing place to stay after a week-plus of more hectic travel in Provence. I very much enjoyed lingering here and chatting with Mette over breakfast and dinner (which you shouldn't miss - all delicious), but it's also a pretty convenient base for going off the beaten path in the Aude to Lac des Cammazes, Lastours and picturesque villages like Saissac and Montolieu. Unbeatable value for money. It's really in the country, on a gravel and dirt track, but I had no issues driving a Fiat 500 here.
