Been there twice with my partner, and they made a nice loaf of bread on arrival. this year I requested gluten-free bread due to my change in life.. They work hard to make one, above and beyond... Our stay was perfect. The place is comfortable and just as described on beautiful grounds. We wish we had stayed longer to be able to explore more.

Located a 1-hour drive from Melbourne, Olinda Country Cottages features 2 stand-alone cottages and 1 apartment-style 2-bedroom suite set in a 130 year-old, 1.5 acre garden. Kathy and Wally are just superb - they emailed us days before our arrival to provide information about the cottage and prepared food for us in the fridge! The cottage is very quaint, well-kept and lovely. The fireplace kept us warm and there were lots of DVDs to watch, such a nostalgic way to spend time with the kids. Feels right at home here!
