Place is beautifully located and the area around has many places to visit: Alpedrinia with its Roman path, Garduńa mountains, river beaches and the nearby Fundao and Castelo Branco. The house is very pleasant and even though it is an old house, it has a charm of the past. The fact that we were able to disconnect was awesome. The place is quiet with lots of small villages and natural pools in the surroundings to visit. Rogério and Silvina who contacted us were extremely helpful. The keys were delivered by Silvina at the door and she also showed us the house.
Amazing countryside accommodation. Idyllic view from the terrace. Olives, sheep, goats, donkeys, with villages, and hills on the background. Birds singing and sounds of the bell tower from the nearest town. Very stylish architecture. Comfortable bed. Comfortable climate inside the house (which is often a big problem here in the middle of the summer) - not hot in the daytime, and pleasantly cool to sleep in the night. Well equipped kitchen. Drinking water from the tap. Very nice and responsible host. Absolutely loved to stay here.
Marvelous oasis in the middle of the countryside! Wonderfully thought out, with a common pool area, trampoline, river and cute deck! Breakfast was absolutely delicious!!
