The photos don't do it justice, there are little decor surprises everywhere. The house is fully equipped with everything you need including games and logs for the woodburner. The hot tub was fab. The host came to see us on arrival and was able to answer any questions during our time there. The location was stunning and we explored lots of beautiful walks nearby. We took home beautiful painted oyster shells for a memory.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The kitchen was very well equipped. The view was astonishing. There were nice mountain trails around the property.
The top choice for people wanting to get away from noise and fast-paced city life. Country houses are private homes based in the peaceful countryside, with communal facilities and meals available. Activities to unwind can be included too, such as trekking, birdwatching and cycling.
The location was a dream, very peaceful and right by the Loch for some great walks. The cosy double room was very spacious and light. The staff were friendly. We had dinner there on one of the nights and the food was amazing. The architecture inside the building was also impressive. Overall would go back again and 10/10 recommend it to a friend.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming, quietly efficient and effective. The room was clean with no maintenance issues. I was in a small double but it would have been ample for two on a short stay. The bed was very comfortable.
Beautiful country house set in a stunning location. Ben and his staff are fantastic and couldn't have done any more for us. The room was decorated to a high standard and had lots of little extras. Breakfast was delicious, the only problem was choosing which option to have. Thank you all so much we cannot wait to return!
We stayed here to visit the Cycling World Championships in Glasgow. Cove is a beautiful location on Loch Long, the accommodation is self-contained and is thoughtfully equipped with pretty much everything you would need for a quiet, relaxing stay. Yvonne & Gary are lovely hosts, they are next door if you require anything. The bed was very comfortable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again!
