Smiling and professional staff and the surprise gift at the end of our stay (you can guess, it was a bottle of wine)! Unfortunately we had bad weather so didn’t make the most out of the pool, no fault of the hotels obviously, managed a couple dips in the mornings. Views out into the valley are stunning. Wine tasting was such a good experience even with the rain, interesting to learn about to wine and the local foods, we were well fed. Meow the cat was a funny little addition, she greeted us most mornings. Property is in a remote setting, car is a necessity.
