The property is very nice and well equipped. Very spacious and with a very big and nice balcony. The area is very quiet and safe. The bus station is very close to the apartment and from the you can go directly to the city center or to the beach. You can easily park on the street for free. Sergio was very nice and helpful with us offering us a lot of information about transportation, restaurants or any useful information. The place located a few minutes from the station. It was so lovely. We felt like we were at home. We had all we need, kitchen, fridge, kettle. The owner is super friendly, replies very fast, and easily communicates. .He was very helpful, and gave us a lot of tips about Cagliari.
We can't be thankful enough that he brought us to the airport on 01.01.24 at 3am. We couldn't find any taxi, all were busy, as this time of the year all People celebrate.

There was something exotic and unique about the way the unit was decorated; it had real presence. The building was old, but beautifully renovated while retaining some charming character - the panelled shutters and the Juliet balconies. Access was made very easy via a series of text messages. The bathroom was modern and functional.
Perfect location in the old part of town. Charming rooftop teracce with stunning view. The suite had big beautiful rooms and a nice hot tub. Sights and good restaurants just a few steps away from the appartment.
