Pictures don't reflect the quality of the place. It's a very picturesque cottage, very well equipped and maintained. The beds are very comfortable, the interior is charming and there is also a nice patio. The owners left in the house eveything you might need during the stay, coffe, tea, sweets, cosmetics and also a guide to the area. You also get a book with useful contacts, including the vet! :)

The view from the villa is stunning, could not ask for a better location. The villa was very clean and had everything you need for an excellent stay. Salvator was extremely helpful and we’d love to stay again. There is an excellent supermarket 4mins from the house and a great little bakery. We have had a super holiday, snorkelling with the fish on Bados beach right on our doorstep.

The host is very nice and helpfull, she tried to receive us earlier in the accomodation as I requested as check in is a bit late at 15:00. My baby was sick and she was so attentive to ask me if I need anything and kept checking on the baby.
The apartament is small but for 2 people and a baby is great. The mattress is a bit to firm for us but I guess this is down to preferance. She also offered us an umbrela for the beach and toys for the baby which is great as we didn't had any.

The house was very charming, the location perfect (right in the centre of the old town but behind the busy main street), Alessandra (the host) super welcoming and the breakfast nice. We especially enjoyed the terrace, super cosy and chill.
Excellent b&b, the staff/owner was superb. The room was excellent, so was the breakfast. The property is kept as a gem indeed, very well taken care. A cozy (and even romantic) place to stay in Olbia, with a nice walk distance of 15-20 minutes to the busiest area of the center.
Spacious, clean and comfortable room with everything necessary. Friendly and helpful host. Just a few minutes' drive from Olbia's city center.
Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend the nights in the quiet and idyllic countryside rather than the noisy and commercialized city center!
The bedroom was great, clean and cozy. The property is charming with a nice garden to have breakfast.
But the best part was the staff - super kind and friendly! We were even asked what did we want for breakfast!
