The place was so close to the center, very quiet and perfect for our stay. The owners left some breakfast for us which was nice. Great communication and they checked on us to see if everything was ok. Wonderful stay.

Lovely little home from home touches. The bed was super comfy. Right in centre of lovely little town so easy to get meals and bits and bobs.

Travelling up to Scotland last Sunday ,(18/02/24) with my friend and dog we booked this as a mid stop over and were so pleased we had also booked it on return journey yesterday. It was perfect, couldn't fault a thing. 2 lovely double bedrooms, tastefully and comfortably furnished, clean, well equiped... On Sunday we enjoyed a delicious meal in The Pheasant, the food was top quality. The ice cream was the best I've tasted. Last night as tired we decided just to eat in as the cottage really is a home from home. Ate in the spacious kitchen with log burner alight then retired to the lounge. A lovely evening and end to our holiday.

Situé à Tebay, entre le Lake District et le Yorkshire Dales, le Lune Cottage propose un hébergement climatisé avec une terrasse. The entire package of the cottage, location, facilities, and hosts was spectacular. The cottage was stunning and had everything we could have asked for including all the added extras to make our stay beyond comfortable. The view and the neighbouring paddocks with the sheep, goats and horse were picture perfect. Our teenagers loved interacting with the animals and the added trampoline got them reliving their younger days. Communication with the hosts was flawless and the extra information about the area was extremely helpful. The Tebay Farm Shop is just beautiful and purchasing local products was blissful. Highly recommended to all. Will definitely be booking again, one day.

Beautiful cottage, beautifully decorated, everything provided! And the host was very helpful - answered all our questions and made us feel very welcome. Loved the fireplace. It was already prepared and just had to lit it, the wood was enough to last us all evening. All throughout the cottage there were beautiful Christmas decorations that made us feel very festive and homely. The beds very out of this world! Extremely comfortable, with extra duvets and pillows provided. The view at the back was lovely, and bird feeders attracted a lot of little birdies that we enjoyed watching whilst having breakfast. Also, there are plenty of leaflets and maps at the cottage to pick the best hiking routes. Will definitely come back next year!
