the place was charming with an excellent location. It also had washer and a covered patio to dry our clothes. Also, it has 3 full barhrooms. It was great after walking the whole day to be able to take a shower without having to wait for the other person.

It's a beautiful and Peaceful property. The staff and owner were so helpful giving us area recommendations. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer than 3 nights. I would love to return!

Everything! Big house, beautiful, old but in perfect state, cosy and with all mod cons, clean, great views, friendly staff, gorgeous breakfast delivered every morning with enough food to cover lunch, the gardens are amazing, there are thousands of flowers everywhere, forest nearby, village nearby, beaches, Viana, the pool is clean and in a private place, there were other guests but privacy and peace.
Sensational place for a quiet family holiday. Well maintained garden with swimming pool. Cottage very functional and well equipped with all the necessary appliances - toaster, coffee maker, kettle, iron, blender. Clean and fragrant bathroom and pool towels. Great base for exploring Porto and the nearby beaches. Quiet, peaceful and beautiful. And then there are the wonderful and extremely helpful caretakers of the property😘😘.
Everything was beautiful. The building is old, with original stonework visible but sympathetically restored. From the front entrance door, the style and high standard is apparent. Beautiful spacious room, double aspect with shutters, clean and nicely scented. Communal kitchen and dining area are so modern, spotless and stylish. Located in the centre of town but no street noise once inside. Wish we could have stayed longer.
The most amazing place we’ve stayed in during our Camino, absolutely gorgeous and full of love! Attention to detail was unbelievable, sooo beautiful and cosy, we couldn’t recommend it enough. Honestly, I never wanted to leave.
Absolutely beautiful 15th century property. Elegantly furnished and everything you could possibly need was supplied. Breakfast was delicious in a most gorgeous setting. We were upgraded to one of the cottages, which was delightful. All of the rooms looked inviting and cozy.

It's been years since I've felt a place deserved a review. AP Dona Aninhas is top tier and deserves 5 stars. The wellness area is perfectly laid out, encompassing steam room, heated pool, hot tub, sauna and sensation shower. The restaurant serves fresh, high quality meals and the bar is well stocked. Exceptionally clean in all areas and smells divine. We'll without a doubt stay here when we return to Viana.
The beautiful gardens surrounding this charming refurbished farm house are perfect for relaxing! The pool is even large enough to swim. The rooms are cozy and all cooking amenities are available in a communitary kitchen. Our hosts were lovely and spoiled us with a substantial breakfast. The house is located at a short drive (or still walkable distance) from the beaches and in proximity of hiking trails and the nice coastal town of Viana do Castelo.
The accommodation is right in the middle of the historic town centre. We had breakfast at the open window overlooking the square each morning. A very well-equipped communal kitchen and dining area is available for self catering or even just a cup of coffee. The interior of the old building has been charmingly renovated with a loft-type flair.
