This hotel and staff is simply amazing! I have stayed at many hotels and this one is my favorite! First of all the room is wonderful and the view is so amazing! The river and mountains are beautiful. The balcony is so comfortable and has great views. The pool is beautiful with amazing views. Secondly, the staff are all amazing. They will help with anything at all that you need and go way above and beyond to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I cannot even describe their hospitality and kindness. They are some of the sweetest people I have ever met. You will definitely have everything you need and even feel like you are at home and part of their family! We will miss them and this hotel so much. It truly made us so happy and we miss the staff and hotel a lot!

My stay was great. My private room was clean. The location is very central. Even before I arrived, staff was in touch with me, and helped me to book my bus into town. Staff was also very helpful organizing a tour and giving me a tip on a great "beach" by the river, among other things.

Comfortable and clean. It's a great location fronting the river, a little out of town but walkable. Some nice restaurants close by on the river. Very nice family runs this place. They organised a car to take us to Paradise cave as we didn't really want to take a day tour, which was great.
