Beautiful bungalow in the most picturesque location. The owner is lovely and her children have incredible English. The hotel allows you to have peace after the hustle and bustle of the cities. She can arrange taxi, provide local information and tours. Beds are very comfy and no noise at night. Really enjoyed the free push bike facilities to explore the local area and cycle through the rice fields.

Very big rooms, Very clean toilet, Amazing mountain view from the room and last but not least the Hospitality and Friendliness of Song Toan and his family. Very recommended for its position (super easy to be picked up here when booking cave tours) about 3-5 minutes from the main square where the boats are. Also Song Toan with his daughter are always there to help , They're very very kind! Keep a look at the entrance when you stop by, and ask few infos about the war memorabilia he has exposed!

A very good location. Lots of restos close by and near the bus drop off from Nimb Binh, so short walk at 04.00..... room was huge and clean with hot water. Host was very accommodating and helpful and booked excursions and onward travel.

Really nice room with a great bathroom. Breakfast was also good and we could even rent bicycles for free. The river was also close, but you had to walk/pedal a bit to get to the center, where all the restaurants are.

Lovely staff, so helpful. Helped us get transport from Dong Hoi to the hotel, and a night bus from Phong Nha to Ninh Binh/Tam Coc. They also had cheap rental on motorbikes. Phenomenal location. Breakfast omelette was very good.
