A szállás elegáns, magas szivonalú kiszolgálással. Valóban gyalog is közel van a vasútállomáshoz, ami nálunk szempont volt. A welness részleg és a reggeli is magasszinvonalú volt. A kiszolgálás első osztályú és rendkívül figyelmes volt. Az ottfelejtett fürdőruhánkat is utánunk küldte a személyzet Hanoiba.
A reggeli az előre megbeszélt volt, és Hoang igyekezett, hogy minden kívánságunknak megfeleljen. Bőséges gyümölcsöt is kaptunk a reggelihez. A programjainkat is Hoang szervezte le. Nagyszerű, minden igényünknek megfelelő volt a szállás.
A szállás gyönyörű helyen található, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. A pultban dolgozó hölgynek külön köszönet a kedvességért és a sok segítségért. Aki nyugalmat és csendet szeretne annak tökéletes.
