I did not stay here as it was not to my expectations. Also located in unpleasant surroundings

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is just a 15 mins drive from the airport. We had booked the Prestige Sea View Room for 3 nights. It was spectacular and better than the photos. The view from the room was breathtaking. The patio had chairs to sit and the room was cozy. The bathtub with sea view was also stunning. The sofa was big and they had nice amenities in the room too. The hotel is much bigger than it seems in photos. The property is absolutely amazing and has really nice beachside restaurants and bars. The cocktails and snacks are delicious. The beauty of this hotel lies in its humble staff who are eager to learn and improve their services and go out of their way to ensure that we had a wonderful time with their positive and thoughtful attitude. The restaurant had very limited vegetarian options, and as my mother is a vegetarian she was worried, but the staff prepared a special meal for her and ensured she didn't go hungry. Unfortunately it was very cold and windy during our stay so we couldn't enjoy a swim nor any water activities but depending on the time of the year you visit, the hotel has plenty of complimentary water activities to enjoy. We will definitely visit this property again to enjoy that. overall we loved our stay here and can't wait to visit again. A huge thank you to Sehnaaz, Xavier, Balram, Vic, Pattrice and Tipsu for making our stay so memorable. We will always remember the wonderful hospitality all of you extended towards use.

Great value for price & great location, Shopping mall 2min away, beach 5min & many restaurants by foot. Clean quick & easy check in & communication.

Please read that review as this place is infested with BED BUGS! I had to shortened my long and very detailed review as it was to long, but I will mentioned everything that you have to know why to never stay there! I chose that place, as it seams to have not bad reviews, and anything bad seems to be written by sensitive people, no it wasn’t it was all true. Room size was big, and also there was air conditioning. First I did notice was really strong weird smell in the room. All the fabric surface was dirty of cigarettes and not washed from very long time, also room was full of additional furniture that were not displayed on the pictures, and that did limit space in the room a loot. Ants in the kitchenette area- but it is normal, property is close to the nature. Aircon didn’t worked. I wanted to take shower, and there was no hot water. Men came to check it and aircon wasn’t fixed, and water also wasn’t fixed. I was informed that someone will come tomorrow to fix it (I need those now, not tomorrow). After sleeping for like 90 minutes I woke up having tons of itching bites. I did turn on light, and I discovered that I have bed bugs in my bed full of my blood! I put mattress up, and I discovered bed bugs on mattress surface, on wooden frame, they were EVERYWHERE! I was given another room at 3am, there I discovered another bed bugs nest, but it was much less than in the first room, I chose to slept on the table to not get more bites. Next day I went to that lady to ask her for refund, and she told me to call her daughter as she owns that business. I asked owner for refund as there was no aircon, no hot water, and bed bugs, and I had almost no sleep that night and I have bites on my body (that I want to expose on the beach, not being covered with bed bugs bits) I’ve heard from that owner that no one could come to fix aircon and water at that time, and with bed bugs that they didn’t knew about it. I told her that it is a lie because it was not one or two bed bugs-->NEXT

Don’t send guests there , it’s the worst place

We arrived late and Mr Feizal was here to greet us. Everything was clean and well organized. Quiet environnement good to relax

Breakfast was nice but could have been better selection.

The area was beautiful, peaceful, the property was very clean and got all the facilities we needed. And most of all the pool and enjoying the sunset.

The calm and Nicolas is a great guy
