Our stay at the Neem Tree House was definitely a perfect getaway! The team was fantastic, very accommodating and prepared some great food during our stay. The property is 20 minutes from the National park and arrangements can be done through the property. There is a lake close by where you can spot many alligators and a tree house where you can spend hours enjoying a bon fire. Will definitely visit again!

Perfect place if you like to stay close to a wonderful beach and visit Yala or Bundala nationalpark, because it is right in the middle of those. Supernice owner who prepares excellent rice and curry, also very good breakfast.
This is a lovely locally owned/managed small guest house. It is run by Sudeka and his family who are from the area. Great attention has been paid to every little detail and it is the simplicity that makes the place so special. We came for the safari and it was close enough to the park so getting there was not an issue. I look forward to returning and doing the Tuk Tuk safari that they offer of the birds and crocs! It’s a great time to support small businesses in Sri Lanka!
This was a nice and quiet place to stay. Good access to Yala, but out of the 'busy' area. Can walk to the beach, not ideal swimming beach pending conditions, but nice location to easy 3 minute walk to beach. The young manager was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and good size, breakfast was also very nice.

Location to the beach was very good. Shehan, the owner, was very attentive and couldn’t have done more to make our stay enjoyable. He is also an excellent chef and we had an outstanding meal of red snapper and lobster. Room was very clean and well looked after. Good attention to detail regarding room amenities. Safari was also booked for us to do in the morning.
