Molt ben ubicat (3 minuts caminant des de l'estació de tren de Rapallo) i força net. Té ascensor. Carrer tranquil, tot i estar al costat de l'estació. Té cuina i nevera (ens van deixar una ampolla d'aigua freda de cortesia). Cafetera Nespresso. Balconet amb estenedor per deixar les tovalloles quan vens de la platja. Para-sol. Aire condicionat.
