El personal va ser encantador i ens va ajudar en tot el que vam necesitar. De fet si hem de tornar a Kutaisi tornarem en aquest hotel encara que estigui a les afores de la ciutat, pero aprop de l'aeroport.
M'ha agradat molt el tracte familiar i molt acollidor dels seus treballadors i l'ambient tranquil i relaxat que hi havia a l'hotel.
L'hotel està ben ubicat, prop del centre i prop d'un forn de pa.
L'amabilitat de Nino i Valery ens ha fet estar com a casa. La casa està a 5 minuts del centre de Kutaisi i les habitacions estaven molt bé. El recomanem.
