As a special touch for our honeymoon, they even upgraded us to an ocean-facing room which made our stay even more memorable. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The view from the room was simply spectacular, and we could spend hours simply gazing out at the ocean and the surrounding landscape. The peace and tranquility of the surroundings made it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The bar at The Fernery was beautifully designed, and the fireplace provided the perfect setting for a cozy evening. The ambiance of the bar was warm and inviting, and we loved spending time there. One of the things we loved most about The Fernery was the sense of seclusion and privacy. Despite being located in the national park, it felt like a world away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The natural beauty of the surroundings provided a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere that we will never forget. A toaster, a fridge and stovetop are also featured, as well as a kettle. At the chalet complex, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. It was a self catering,but everything was in order. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. On clear days, guests can head outside to enjoy the holiday home's outdoor fireplace or simply kick back and relax. The one thing that most definitely stood out for me was the outdoor shower. It was beautiful to just watch the sun-set/rise and be surrounded by nature. The water was also the perfect temperature to not get cold. Caroline and her husband also made the cabin with their own hands and it is amazingly well done. We loved every minute of our stay and would recommend this to every person who loves to have a quiet stay surrounded by a beautiful landscape. Thank you so much for everything

We were only here for one night, and unfortunately we didn't get to meet the hosts until we were leaving in the morning, but they were very communicative with instructions for getting to the property and making sure we had everything we needed. The location is beautiful and peaceful and would be a great place to spend multiple days. It was just what we needed to enjoy a relaxing evening after a day of hiking in the nearby areas. We even were able to purchase some of the honey that came from the hosts' bees right on the property!

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The property is non-smoking and is located 13 km from Bloukrans Bridge. Self service checkin was super easy. Perfect location and easy to find.
