The staff has been exceptional and well trained, super helpful and friendly. A proper warm South African welcome. The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

Letamo is a beautiful property, just 3 hours from Johannesburg. Everything - the rooms, the food, the staff and service, the ambiance, the services including the game drives and spa and padel courts - were all exceptional. We went for my husband’s birthday and they made it so special without me even asking. All staff were informed and went the extra mile. A special thanks to Lerato at dining and Hloni the game drive guide who were the best!

Incredible location well located in Hoedspruit! Ruan and his family (owners of the lodge) were super welcoming and so friendly. They let their home become ours which was a very personal touch! From the moment we arrived, our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. She meticulously planned all our trips, making our time in the area absolutely hassle-free. Her personal touch truly made a difference, especially when she kindly lent me her own binoculars for our safari activities. This thoughtful gesture enhanced our experience tremendously. We also appreciated the convenience of the breakfast baskets, which allowed us to enjoy delicious meals even with our early starts. The Bohemian decor of the lodge added a unique charm to our stay, making it both cozy and visually appealing. The romantic dinner our host arranged was a highlight of our trip. The beautiful decoration and intimate setting created a memorable evening for us. To top it all off, the lodge's unique location allowed us to experience wildlife up close, as we had the amazing opportunity to encounter a duiker and even a giraffe right at the lodge! Additionally, the lodge's location is very close to Hoedspruit airport and many reserves, making it an ideal place to stay. On the last day of our stay, we had a luxurious breakfast at the lodge, adding a touch of elegance to our experience. Overall, the value for money at African Flair is exceptional. The attentive service and the host's dedication to planning everything for us made our stay truly special. Set in Hoedspruit, 4.2 km from Drakensig Golf Club and 14 km from Kinyonga Reptile Centre, 10 Raptors Lodge offers a garden and air conditioning. Lovely fenced complex with various self catering cottages. Very nicely furnished and equipped. Lovely beds, wonderful outside area with birds, squirrels, mongooses and bushbabies visiting.... Watch out for the cheeky monkeys too!
