The staff has been exceptional and well trained, super helpful and friendly. A proper warm South African welcome. The food (almost too much of it) the heated pool, the spa, the drinks on the deck, the game drives, the views, rooms are super clean and fresh towels whenever you need. There really isn’t anything not to like. It was a magical restful time and exactly what we needed after a crazy year.

Featuring garden views, Masorini Bush Lodge & Safari Tents in Phalaborwa features accommodation, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden, a terrace, a bar and barbecue facilities. Natasja was so welcoming when we arrived. She was happy to organise game drives and the boat safari for us and share her tips for the area and give us recommendations for nice restaurants. As two 30-year-old girls traveling together, we felt very safe at the lodge. When we mentioned something was broken in the room, it was fixed straight away. The rooms were perfectly cleaned every day while we were out exploring. The braai and outside kitchen was our favorite thing to come back to, to cook our dinner and relax with a glass of wine watching the sunset and scenery from our little patio. We will definitely recommend the lodge to friends and family and we hope to be back very soon! Thank you :)

With Olifants West Game Reserve reachable in 36 km, MILIMA Big 5 Safari Lodge provides accommodation, a restaurant, an outdoor swimming pool, a garden and a shared lounge. The location in the middle of the bush. We had the villa which was very clean. The staff were great. The food was amazing, I requested vegetarian which was really good. The waterhole were animals come to drink. We saw all the Big 5 (we did 6 game drives). It felt like a home away from home. Will recommend it to everyone.

Such a beautiful and well appointed property! Everything about it is special-the attention to detail, gorgeous artwork, super comfortable bed and linens, fabulous soaking tub, gorgeous grounds and pool. The owner, Alet, was amazing. From the moment she greeted us with welcome drinks she was the consummate host. She arranged an incredible and romantic private dinner by the pool one evening, had great suggestions and went above and beyond to help us find reservations for Kruger when we were leaving. And her breakfasts were fantastic! Incredible food and beautifully presented. I couldn’t recommend it more!

With garden views, Oase by 7 Star Lodges - Greater Kruger Private 530ha Reserve is located in Hoedspruit and has a restaurant, a shared lounge, bar, garden, year-round outdoor pool and terrace. Everything was impeccable. We were fortunate enough to be the only guests for the time we were there. A highlight is that all of our meals were set up in different areas of the reserve. The chef’s meals and plating was superb. The portions were large. The in-house cinema was a bonus . Janus is a tremendous manager and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Lastly, on our last day we were lucky enough to have dinner with one of the owners and her two friends which made us feel a little like family. My partner and I and her mother would definitely come back and we will be recommending 7star Oase to friends and family
