It had more than it explains - towels are daily changed, also many amenities! And most important - the room is big enough to open luggage, hang the ski clothes but yet relax.

When I spoke to the owner, who is every morning there to organise the transport and cleaning, and when someone checks in. If you are traveling with bus, try to book all in advance!
Higashikawa
The spacious chalet has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and a toaster, and 1 bathroom with a bidet, slippers and a washing machine. Towels and bed linen are available in the chalet. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. It is a really nice property. Clean & charming. We would definitely love to visit again.
Biei
The air-conditioned chalet consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and a kettle, and 1 bathroom with a bidet and slippers. There is also a seating area and a fireplace. Everything! It's a beautiful cottage in a wooded area. The kitchen has everything we needed. It's 1 hidden gem in Biei.
Higashi-asahikawa
Featuring garden views, Lodge Norheim offers accommodation with a balcony, around 36 km from Azumamachi Hall. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, free shuttle service and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. Lodge Norheim surrounded by forest trees, the silence, and the peaceful atmosphere comes really well with the wooden design.

Well situated in the Niseko Village Ski Area district of Niseko, Yotei Chalets is set 6.8 km from Lake Hangetsu Nature Park, 7.7 km from Hirafu Golf Center and 10 km from Lerch Memorial Park. With free private parking, the property is 4 km from Hirafu Station and 4 km from Niseko Station. Cozy and warm. Smooth check in process. Covered parking and electric hotpot was a plus. Well located to access Niseko United lifts.
Teshikaga
Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, The Lodge Teshikaga is set in Teshikaga. Guests can benefit from a balcony and a barbecue. The property is non-smoking and is situated 15 km from Lake Mashu. Cleanness and taste! It was a well decorated with minimalist style. Nice TV, sound system , fireplace etc. electro domestic were new and has good connections except the dishwasher.

The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located in a beautiful setting at a short driving distance from several ski resorts. Dan was a fantastic and very helpful host!
Annupuri, Niseko

The room was clean a comfy, like a lodge. The common area has a fire which was lovely. The staff were really friendly and spoke English. There's a craft beer place 50m away, as well as an awesome pizza place. Food at Ginkei was also pretty good.

Public bath is spacious with 3 hot tubs and 1 cool tub. Beds are comfortable for both western style and Japanese style. Location is great: directly facing the main street. There is a side walk garden behind the hotel facing Akan Lake. Considerable amount of English speaking foreign staffs while the command of English of Japanese staff is also ok. There is free shuttle bus service between public car parks nearby.
With so much of Niseko now fancy new apartment buildings and hotels, Grandpapa is a welcome old-school style ski lodge. Super friendly / helpful staff, comfortable rooms / beds, and a free shuttle bus that gets you to the Hirafu Gondola for 8am. It's also less than 10mins walk from most of the Hirafu restaurants and bars (and 2 mins from the famous Fridge Bar), but on a nice quiet street, so you get the best of both worlds. Very reasonably priced too!
The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and was well located a short walk up to the Kitanomine chair lift. The wooden interior made the room feel very comfy. We enjoyed being able to wake up in the morning and see the hill from the window. There has been a lot of attention to detail in the practical set up of the room, and there is ample space to store snow boards/skis and gear. Mr. Shinojima is a lovely host, and drove us to the train station on our last day.
The Chalet Ivy is a very nice hotel in Niseko, located very conveniently near the Hirafu Gondola. We enjoyed our recent stay there - the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room was spacious (especially by Japanese standards), very clean and the facilities were all very good. The hotel kindly provides shuttle services to/from Kutchan as well as the the Welcome Center and Gondola.
Chalet Ivy is in a excellent location about 400m from the Hirafu Gondola. The staff are very friendly and helpful and will always provide a courtesy shuttle bus to the gondola or base. The short uphill walk is not that easy in ski boots.
Loved the charm of this place. We arrived later in the evening and the chalets shuttle met us at the bus stop. The breakfast was fantastic and the rooms were clean and spacious. Would totally stay here again.
Very comfortable room, fabulous natural onsen inside the building with great view of the wood, staff very kind (they offer me for free a private room instead of the dormitory). Looks like a big mountain cabin.
Super cosy mountain cabin, right by the slopes and close to a lot of backcountry. Absolutely loved it and didn't want to leave. A lovely space that's clearly been made with love, has everything you need, and the host is super nice and easy to contact.
