Sufficient kitchen utensils provided. Very close to UTP, less than 1km. The towels and bedsheet are also clean. We went there to attend our son's convocation ceremony at UTP. Since no new guest was checking-in (on our check out day), the property owner is very kind, he let us stay till quite late afternoon at no charge. The owner is also reply to messages promptly.

The bed are soft, the blanket even softer! I was tempted to ask where to buy the blanket!
