The 2-bedroom apartment is very clean. Sufficient kitchen utensils provided. Very close to UTP, less than 1km. The towels and bedsheet are also clean. We went there to attend our son's convocation ceremony at UTP. Since no new guest was checking-in (on our check out day), the property owner is very kind, he let us stay till quite late afternoon at no charge. The owner is also reply to messages promptly.

Set in Ipoh and within 1.7 km of Ipoh Parade, Dé Cafe & Rest House has a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. The best shared space in Ipoh. Great location in the very center, can walk 3-5 minutes to a lot of cafes and to local shops and places. The staff is amazing and can help with anything. The first floor is a healthy cafe and a coworking space, great wifi and food. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bunker gives privacy as well. Already been there 3 times, totally recommend it.
