The 2-bedroom apartment is very clean. Sufficient kitchen utensils provided. Very close to UTP, less than 1km. The towels and bedsheet are also clean. We went there to attend our son's convocation ceremony at UTP. Since no new guest was checking-in (on our check out day), the property owner is very kind, he let us stay till quite late afternoon at no charge. The owner is also reply to messages promptly.

Other occupants are very respectful of each other. I like it very much. I recommend everyone to stay here. Very aesthetic also. The bed are soft, the blanket even softer! I was tempted to ask where to buy the blanket!

The staff were very friendly and there are water dispensers throughout the hotel. The room was only small but we had a comfortable stay. It's a cheap budget hotel ok for a stop over.
