I occupied a "Deluxe Double" room on the fourth floor (room #1) for a couple of nights in January as a solo traveller. The best and most important thing I liked was that the price was right. Another thing that impressed me was that the lady that I interacted with at the hotel's reception desk spoke enough English to help me successfully install WhatApp on my phone. Moreover, all the essentials in the room worked as designed. The lights lit up the room, the toilet flushed, and the hot water was hot. I didn't try the AC or the TV but I'm sure they probably worked. Also I never tried to lock tne room door when I waa inside the room but I suppose that worked also even though it was very old like most everything else in Cairo.

Very good location and safe lifts. The entrance to the hotel is clean and welcoming. I came early and they gave us an early checking-in because of it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable and big. The area was good and the rooms were sound-proof. Ac units worked well and wifi was also stable. The breakfast was very nice, and when we requested an omelette, extra bread and tea they provided us with them. Very safe location with lots of cheap food stores, coffee shops and restaurants.
Friendly and easily available host. Easy access to the apartment. And very good WiFi speed. Food and supplies are conveniently available nearby.
This place is magical mainly because of the staff... super friendly and welcoming.. it is also very clean, convenient and food is tasty. Special thanks to Nada from the reception and Ahmed from the concierge. My stay was in laluna building.

Couldn't get a better location unless you slept in the pyramids. Friendly staff that went out of their way to accommodate us. Very conveniently located to the Sphinx and the pyramids. Newly renovated, clean and comfortable.
Very friendly and helpful staff, made me feel at home. Great location, not at the centre of Cairo but close to many shopping centres, bus routes, etc. The hotel breakfast was optional and there were many other places nearby where one could find cheaper breakfasts.

Very friendly staff. Top notch service. The food is great and very budget friendly. The breakfast is ecry early till late morning and a vast variety to choose from the buffet. Plus the restaurants are open till late at night! Very convenient for late arrivals. It's literally in the airport. Very convenient is you have to catch a flight or just landed All in all a very nice place to stay.
