Boasting a garden and views of river, Khaosok August Freedom Camp is a recently renovated campground situated in Khao Sok, 1.1 km from Khao Sok. This is a beautiful campsite by the river. I saw so much wildlife; a baby colugo, owl, frogs, fish, many cheeky macaques and snakes (in the trees). The tent is very comfortable, with a power lead outside with a fan provided (for each tent) and spare ports for charging your devices. I met some great people here, who shared very good tips for travelling. This was a really nice stop to socialise with others. Noi & her husband were so friendly and helpful. You can book your trips for sightseeing; such as birdwatching/jungle hikes/lake tours through Noi. Noi will also help with checking that there are spaces on buses/vans for onward travels & will get you to the bus stop with your gear. Clean showers and toilets. Laundry service. Breakfast is included (tea, coffee, toast, fruit, fritters). Soft drinks & beer for sale. A 15 minute walk to the National Park entrance. Lots of nearby restaurants and minimarts nearby, but not loud and crazy. A really nice chilled out place. 👌🏼

Boasting a garden, Por Sampao Camp&Resort is situated in Ban Pha Saeng Lang in the Khao Sok Province region, 11 km from Cheow Lan Lake and 15 km from Klong Phanom National Park. The view is amazing, it’s located pretty close to the Khao Sok national park. The breakfast is delicious and it’s nice to have it overviewing the mountains. The staff is very friendly and nice, provided us with a list of restaurants to eat out nearby and where to go to explore the area. The room has everything you need, it’s clean, modern and cozy.

Facing the seafront in Ban Ko Nok Taphao, Koh Phaluai Beach Bangalow features a garden and a bar. I love the staff working there. Amazing, friendly and hospitable people. Easy communication via whatsapp. They organised us arrival at the island and departure from it by longtail boat. Breakfasts and dinners are delicious. The place is perfect to chill up and visit other patrs of Ang Thong National Marine Park, to watch sunsets and have a swim. The bangalows have everything to sleep well. But you should know that nights can be really hot there. The best way to move around is rent a motorbike or you can ask hosts to give you a ride. Awesome place, worth experiancing.

Offering pool views, O - HO Boutique Home is an accommodation set in Baan Tai, 1.2 km from Baan Tai Beach and 1.3 km from Baan Kai Beach. We ended up in Koh Phangan for NYE and getting a hotel was difficult and pricey. We found this place a little off the beaten path and with ZERO reviews so we were hesitant to book. We are SO happy we did. We've been traveling for 30 days GO GO GO and this was a nice retreat from the busyness. Every inch of this place has paid exceptional attention to detail in layout and decor. The bed is super comfy, everything is new, the pool is awesome and the staff is 100% amazing! We will be back!

Set in Koh Phaluai, PhaluayCamping offers accommodation with seating area. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Possibly the most amazing place we have ever stayed ! We were looked after, fed, taken on outings and nothing was too much trouble at all for them. The site is amazing and total nature at its best, very clean and tidy. The island is just something else, NOT for the young party animals. We WILL be returning for longer next time.

SZ SAMUI Glamping, a property with a garden, a terrace and a bar, is situated in Ban Sa Ket, 26 km from Fisherman Village, 30 km from Big Buddha, as well as 4.9 km from Hin Lad Waterfall. Fantastic place! The view is amazing! Staff can’t do enough for you. Food is great and the water fall is just beautiful! Nice to be back to basics! Pods are cosy and comfortable. Will definitely be back one day!

Boasting mountain views, The Camper Lodge Khao Sok offers accommodation with balcony, around 23 km from Khao Sok. Amazing campus setting. It’s a camp but in a serene and comfortable setting. Great place to meet other travellers also if solo - dinner and breakfast were great also

Offering a garden and sea view, Joy Camping is situated in Haad Rin, 200 metres from Haad Rin Nai Beach and 1.5 km from Haad Rin Nok Beach. My girlfriend and I stayed in the tents on Joy properties. It was such a wonderful experience and great value for you money. Also the couple who owns the property were so helpful with any questions or recommendations about Koh Phangan. They also rent scooters and have free bicycles for use!

The accommodation is set in a very peaceful location. Great way to reconnect with nature. The lady also took very good care of me when I fell ill - driving me into town to get supplies from the pharmacy and checking in on me. Food at the restaurant is delicious.
