A good location for a relaxing stay in Bidiyah, Milky Way Domes is a campground surrounded by views of the garden. Amazing location composed of cottages and domes on the highest dunes. Perfect to see both sunrise and sunset and to enjoy the desert experience. We tried both the cottage and the dome and we liked the dome much more. Nice restaurant with good selection of food both for dinner and breakfast. Friendly staff. Chance to make different types of activities - dune bashing at sunset much recommended!

Situated in Al Wāşil, Bubbles Domes Private Cmp features accommodation with seating area. There is an in-house restaurant and free private parking. Staff on-site can arrange a shuttle service. very helpful staff with helping us getting to the meeting point (our car was stuck in the sand as we got lost along the way in the dark). the dome was exceptional, overlooking the sunrise with very well decorated furnitures.

Situated in Bidiyah, Moon Light Camp features accommodation with seating area. The campground has family rooms. We were reaally glad we booked Moon Light Camp! Easy transfer for 5 OMR one way, arranged a little in advance. Dinner was amazing and well worth the money. When we saw the location of most of the other camps-one next to the other..not really in the desert-you really want to stay at a place a little further away from it all like Moon Light Camp. Thanks for the great stay!!:)

Situated in Al Mintirib in the Al Sharqiyah region, wahiba Bedouiens privae Camp features accommodation with free private parking. The property has mountain and inner courtyard views. We liked the authenticity of the place and the host, Hammed, a true bedouin, most hospitable, honest and friendly. He shares with you his uses and culture and offers a great service and perfect comfort in the middle of the desert. Hassan is his assistant and both cook in a true bedouin style natural and fresh products. The location is outstanding, surrounded by dunes and there are two female camels, pregnant by the time of our visit. We asked Hammed to send us photos of the baby camels when they get born. Unique experience, perfect for disconnect, very good food (they offer for two lots of different dishes and quantities that would feed four people). It is by far one of the best experiences of our lives.

A recently renovated campground, SAFARI-Glamping offers accommodation in Al Wāşil. This property offers access to a terrace and free private parking. Staff on-site can arrange airport transfers. We stayed one night in this absolutely amazing place. It’s about a 35-minute drive from the main road, and the journey to the camp is already an incredible experience. We stayed in a tent, which was super comfortable and for me, felt like pure luxury—having light, water, and other amenities in the middle of the desert. The tent is spacious, offering more than enough room for two people. It wasn't to cold in the tent at night (december). The area is beautifully set up with a cozy chill-out tent and a dining space. The staff, a group of young Bangladeshi mens, were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They prepared a delicious dinner for us with grilled chicken, grilled camel meat, and several side dishes with rice—everything was absolutely flavorful. For breakfast, they cooked fresh Omani bread and a potato curry, which was tasty. In the evening, they organized a small campfire, which added a wonderful touch to the experience. The team does an excellent job and I hope they are well paid for their hard work! Additional activities like camel riding and more are available. This place is truly recommendable, and spending a night under the breathtaking desert stars is unforgettable.

A recently renovated campground, Silent Dunes Camp offers accommodation in Ḩawīyah. The property has mountain views. There is a restaurant serving Asian cuisine, and free private parking is available.... Being far away in the desert, the place had a special atmosphere and the accommodation was both practical and in harmony with the peacefulness of the nature. The cottage had everything we needed - including private bathroom, warm water and electiricty. The breakfast and supper prepared by the staff were delicious.
